Veronica Park is a Literary Agent, Project Manager, Brand Strategy Consultant, and Writer.
Before that, she was an editor.
Before that, she was a professional lecturer on cruise ships.
Before that, and sometimes during, she was a marketing representative for various internationally recognized brands including Gucci, Cartier, Fendi, and Those T-Shirts that Change Color in the Sun™.
Before that, she was a television producer and a (very) small, independent film director.
Before that, she was a journalist.
Before that, she was a student, whose teachers were often perturbed and occasionally delighted by her essays. Like “A Day in the Life of the Windshield of a Toyota Corolla”, which is an actual short story she wrote in the third grade, that won first place in a college writing contest.
Before that, she...you know what? That’s probably far back enough.
Always, she has been a writer.
That’s the main thing you really need to know, before we go any further. in a nutshell: Veronica Park is a writer. She has also been around the block a few times, if you know what we mean. No...not like that. Like...in Publishing terms. The Publishing Block. Which is located in New York, somewhere around Fifth Avenue. Or so we are told.
The point is, Veronica Park knows a little about a lot of things. Not everything. Just enough to make her dangerous. Hang around her for long enough, and you too can learn to be dangerous.
At least, when it comes to your writing. And hopefully, when it comes to your career. Ideally, when it comes to both.
